Crazy Girl Studio Gifts and More carefully lists the ingredients used in our bath, body, and beauty products. However, individual sensitivities and allergic reactions can occur, even when a product is made and used as intended.

Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing or using any product, you are responsible for:

• Determining whether the product contains an ingredient to which you are allergic, sensitive, or may otherwise react;

• A customer’s failure to read the ingredient list or follow product instructions;

• Use of a product containing an ingredient the customer knew or reasonably should have known could cause a reaction;

• Improper use, storage, alteration, or misuse of a product; or

• Continued use after irritation or another adverse reaction develops.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crazy Girl Studio Gifts and More, its owner, employees, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of a product, failure to follow its instructions or warnings, or use of a product by another person to whom you supplied it without providing the applicable ingredient information and instructions.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from mislabeled, adulterated, defective, or unlawfully sold products or from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
