At Crazy Girl Studio Gifts and More, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Bath and Body Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all bath and body products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

• Handmade soap

• Lotions

• Lip balms

• Bath bombs

• Sugar scrubs

• Body creams

Personalized Items

Personalized, customized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gifts and Stock Items

We accept returns on eligible, non-personalized gift items within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. Eligible items include:

• Stock tumblers

• Beaded products

• Keychains

• Other non-personalized gifts

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Starting a Return

Before returning an item, please contact us at crazygirlsoaps@gmail.com to request return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at crazygirlsoaps@gmail.com. Please include your order information and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
